How long is the waitlist, really?
During soft launch, we admit members in small waves. Most applications get a reply within days. If we think there's a better time for you to join, we'll say so — and we'll keep your spot.
What does membership cost?
Annual dues, with a quiet introductory rate for the founding cohort. Pearl is $250/year, Sapphire $500, Ruby $1,000, Emerald $2,500 (by invitation). You can move between rooms anytime.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, for any reason. We'll prorate the dues. Membership should feel chosen — not trapped.
Is there an app?
Yes. The Daily Brief, the Drop, and the Concierge live there. The marketplace works on web and in-app. The concierge is available 24/7.
How is this different from a credit card concierge?
A bank concierge knows your card. Ours knows you. We remember your wine, your seat, your sizes — and we don't get paid by anyone but you.
I run a luxury brand. Can I sell on Lavish?
