Every application is read by a person. We're small on purpose. Not everyone is admitted right away, and that's part of the point.

Approved members get onboarded personally, with an introduction to their concierge and the first Daily Brief.

Lavish is currently in soft launch, open by invitation only, with membership expanding gradually through 2026.

What does membership cost?

Onyx is free and open to every approved member. With 5% off across the platform, concierge by email, and full access to Home, the Journal, and Shop. From there, four annual tiers deepen the members' price and the concierge relationship: Pearl at $250/yr (10% off), Sapphire at $500/yr (12.5%), Ruby at $1,000/yr (15%, the most chosen tier), and Emerald at $2,500/yr (20% off, floor pricing, and Via available 24/7). How long does the application process take?TBD

Most applications get a personal reply within two weeks. Because every application is read by a person, response time depends on how many arrive in a given week.

Is Lavish available outside the U.S.?TBD

Soft launch is U.S.-first. International shipping through participating maisons is on the roadmap; the app itself is available anywhere iOS is.

Can I gift a membership?TBD

Not during soft launch. Founding members can refer someone whose taste they trust. That referral goes through the same personal review as every application.

What happens to my data or closet content if I leave?TBD

Your closet is yours. If you leave, you can export it, and everything you added is deleted from Lavish within 30 days. Nothing you shared has ever been sold, rented, or used to advertise to you.
