Our goal was to have fun, bring together a group of trusted friends and colleagues that are known to each other and speak the same language. We all share similar interests, have a passion for new experiences, understand technology and have a desire to share this with the world.

Ryan McDonald

Founder & CEO

Ryan McDonald builds and launches brands in the luxury market. He has spent his career working with premium brands, understanding how they position, price, and convert customers. He focuses on what actually drives buying behavior, not what looks good in a deck. As founder of Lavish Gains, Ryan is responsible for bringing Identity Commerce into market. He works directly with brands to apply the system in live environments, drive adoption, and produce measurable results in conversion, average order value, and return reduction. Ryan operates where brand strategy meets execution. He is accountable for turning Lavish from a concept into a working commercial platform with real partners and real revenue. If you are a brand partner, the expectation is clear. Better outcomes, not better language.

Mitch Robinson

Founder & COO

Mitch Robinson builds and scales real businesses. He founded multiple companies, raised capital, and took products to market with Fortune 500 customers. He built a multi-hundred million dollar business inside DXC Technology and is now co-founder of Lavish Gains. He is the inventor of the Identity Engine that powers Identity Commerce, built as an operational system designed to run in real environments at scale. Mitch understands infrastructure, scale, and how systems actually run. He has delivered private mobile networks, enterprise platforms, and complex deployments across energy, aerospace and defense, manufacturing, logistics, and large-scale commercial environments. At Lavish, he is focused on one thing. Turning identity from an inference problem into a deterministic authorization system that drives revenue, reduces returns, and improves decision accuracy. If you are a brand, partner, or investor, the question is simple. Does this system produce measurable results. That is the standard Mitch builds to.

Amy Ingram

Amy Ingram is a finance-trained fashion professional who graduated from SMU with a degree in Finance before pursuing her passion for luxury retail as a buyer at Neiman Marcus. With a keen eye for emerging trends and timeless elegance, she has worked with prestigious brands including Carolina Herrera, Oscar de la Renta, Stella McCartney, Monique Lhuillier, Veronica Beard, and Alice + Olivia, among others. Her unique blend of financial acumen and fashion expertise allows her to identify exceptional pieces that resonate with discerning clientele.

Bob Keathley

Bob Keathley is a technology visionary with decades of experience transforming industries through innovation and strategic insight. As a CTO specializing in AI-driven solutions, he has led complex technology initiatives across mobile, web, cloud, security, and networking domains. With deep expertise in startups,  software engineering and enterprise architecture, Bob leverages artificial intelligence to unlock new market opportunities and drive transformation. His unique ability to translate technical complexity into strategic business value has enabled organizations to reimagine their solutions and competitive positioning in an AI-powered world.

Isaiah Same

Head of design

Isaiah is a seasoned product and marketing executive who has helped lead and launch consumer digital products for some of the biggest brands in the world. Early in his career, Isaiah founded one of the first digital-native agencies that went on to be the most highly awarded creative firms in the Southeast. After exiting in 2014, Isaiah served as an advisor and strategist to venture founders backed by prolific investors including Richard Branson, Peter Thiel, Mark Cuban, Gary Vaynerchuk and Tony Hsieh. Over the last 15 years, Isaiah has served in senior leadership positions at Accenture, Chaotic Moon, and Slalom, where he’s led product innovation for brands including Apple, Disney, Charles Schwab, Kendra Scott, Walmart, Whirlpool, Caesar’s Entertainment, and others.

Susan Stone

Susan's talent for building and leading high-performing teams extends across diverse industries, including pharmaceuticals, where she has consistently delivered results. Her ability to identify exceptional talent and cultivate growth-focused cultures has enabled her to drive strategies that are both durable and profitable. Susan brings a unique blend of hospitality expertise and business acumen to organizations seeking sustainable expansion through elevated customer experiences.

Doug Merritt

Jonathan Klein

In 2019, he founded Teknoir, a technology company realizing his vision of Operational AI—an agentic platform that fuses edge and enterprise data to deliver real-time intelligence and automation across industries including retail, commercial real estate, quick-service restaurants, and energy. Jim Stanislaus

Jim Stanislaus is a proven entrepreneur specializing in building and scaling high-value financial services platforms. As Co-Founder of Core Impact Partners (formerly Petros Partners) since 2010, he has raised and deployed over $2.5 billion across structured credit, tax credit, and community investment platforms. Jim's track record includes founding Petros PACE Finance in 2016, rapidly scaling it to become the nation's leading C-PACE lender, and executing a successful exit to Apollo Global Management (NYSE: APO) with majority sale in 2022 and final buyout in 2024. Jim serves as board member of the Texas Permanent School Fund Corporation, a $56 billion sovereign wealth fund.
